Our spacious villa features 6 uniquely curated bedrooms and 6 full en-suite bathrooms. The villa has two additional closed off rooms reserved for the owner and on-site manager to ensure your stay is well-supported but never intrusive.

• Downstairs:

• Room 1: Heart - King bed with en-suite bath

• Room 2: Peace - Queen bed with en-suite bath

Both rooms share a cozy lower veranda, perfect for quiet morning reflections or evening tea.

• The Serenity Room: A peaceful indoor gathering space with movable furniture that flows into the outdoor patio, creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor experience.

• Relax Room: A dedicated massage room where a licensed therapist offers healing bodywork by appointment. This room also includes a queen Murphy bed and can be transformed into an additional sleeping space upon request.

• Upstairs:

• A large living room with reclining and rocker seating, Smart TV, and family-friendly games.

• Room 5: Tranquility – Queen (lower platform) bed, direct access to the upstairs veranda and en-suite bathroom

• Room 7: Calm – Queen bed and en-suite bathroom

• Room 8: Balance – Queen (higher platform)bed and en-suite bathroom

• Room 9: Vitality – Two twin beds with an optional inflatable bed and en-suite bathroom.

All upstairs bedrooms have access to a beautiful shared veranda with hammock seating and hilltop views.

Welcome to our home in Negril Jamaica. I am a Registered Nurse and certified Nurse coach who believes in natural and alternative medicine. My partner Norma is one of the most gifted Massage Therapists that I know. We have experienced all kinds of modalities for healing. The best modality that we have found is just rest and relaxation. We encourage clients to connect to optimal health by hitting the pause button in order to replenish the body's energy. 

When I migrated from Jamaica at 16 years old, it was always my dream to return and to share my home with my friends. My personal trauma could not keep me away from my people and the land. My culture was everywhere. The food, the music, the love, never left me. Family stuff aside, I needed to be swimming in the clear sea and walking in the lush hills to soothe my soul. As an adult, I have been healing myself and have returned to my island home to rest and replenish my body, mind and spirit. Serenity villa in Negril, is a peaceful respite from the busyness of my everyday life. Norma is a Licensed Massage Therapist who has the most blessed hands you will ever encounter. In order to help to heal humanity, we have created this wellness retreat and respite home with our amazing children and grandchildren. 

I now go to Jamaica to reset and recharge. I invite you to do the same at our beautiful vacation villa. Some people like the peaceful quiet of our home at Phoenix Serenity Villa and may hardly leave the property.  Guests may decide to take in the sun on a yoga mat on the soft grass or just have a drink or smoke on the veranda. Others may decide to have an occasional (10 mins) walk to the beach or to visit our neighborhood bars and restaurants within walking distance from the house. Others, may prefer to light up the town. For those who long for adventure and nightlife, Negril does not disappoint! Negril has a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, and resorts (you can experience them with a day or night pass, the best of both worlds). The iconic Seven Mile Beach is only a short car ride away.

If you would like to use the room alone without sharing with a partner (we have twin and Queen beds), the price is listed as a single room. If you are traveling with a partner that would like to share your room and bed, an additional person in the room will pay the retreat fees of $1,300 only. Please email Norma at yourphoenixisrising@gmail.com so that an additional spot can be added to the room for the extra guest once you have booked your room.

We reserve the right to not have kids unless we are hosting a family. The reason for this is that a lot of adults want to escape the kids for couple time. To be fair to other people, we limit kids only to family events. Thanks for understanding. 

Explore in our own bus, lovingly called "Max", around the island with our trip facilitator.  A lot of the excursions are a little off the beaten path, in all the best ways. Connect to the hills of Jamaica as well as its beaches, caves and falls. This is a unique fusion of family and tourist immersion into our island culture.

Learn reiki from our in-house practitioners. Learn how to channel energy through your hands to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.

Reiki first degree is the beginning of a journey of self-discovery, self-healing, and connecting to the Universal Life Force. This class will teach proper preparation for full Reiki treatments and students will be receiving a first degree attunement.

We spend the day exploring the sea with Captain Sheldon on his glass bottom boat. We snorkel two different areas and check out sunken shipwreck items. We also get to see the iconic 7 Mile Beach with the large resorts and hear the history of Negril. Finally, we will have lunch on a private island made fresh from the sea. Have fun in the sun and the sea. Get to know new friends and connect with our island home.

Rev up with live music, artists, drinks and dancing on the white sand beaches of the iconic 7 Mile Beach in Negril. Rock to the rhythm of the islands while listening to the waves as you take in the sounds of the sax and delightful instruments played by pros. 

About 7 Mile Beach - 

This famous Jamaican beach in Negril—once plagued by pirates—is now a popular spot for sun-seekers and beach lovers. The seven-mile stretch of stunning white sand beach has plenty of bars and restaurants, plus clear waters that are great for snorkeling—just remember to watch out for stingrays! You can also take a glass-bottom boat tour over the turquoise waters. Stick around for the breathtaking sunset over the Caribbean. Celebrate your new healing modality at a seaside resort and experience all that the area has to offer, including its vibrant nightlife. 

Attendees who have already purchased their tickets for Reggae Sumfest, can opt to join OVTV and Sir W One as we join others in this one day event. Expect longs rides in the bus.
